Simon School Printing

The Simon School is in accordance with the University print management system. Features available include color printing, mobile printing, scan-to-email, and copying right at the multi-function printers.

1. Make sure you’re connected to either UR_Connected or UR_Connected5.
See "Wireless" help page if needed.

PC Instruction: Click the link to download. Run the installer file you downloaded to connect to printers. Important Note: While running the installer you may see a popup window. Press More info and then press Run anyway.

Mac Instruction: Open DMG file. Run "Popup.pkg" to install. Click "Continue" or "Install" at each prompt until completed.

The large color/B&W (Xerox Altalink C8045) multifunction devices are located:

• Schlegel 4th Floor – in Collab Lab (Schlegel 404)
• Gleason 1st Floor – Across from 121

The smaller B&W (Xerox VersaLink B405) multifunction devices are located:

• Schlegel 4th Floor – In between 409 and 410
• Schlegel 3rd floor – Next to 312
• Gleason 3rd Floor – Across from 321
• Schlegel 1st Floor – In between 111 and 112
